Project Description

The Spire is a 960,000 sq. ft., 42 story high rise consisting of 504 residential units. The project is in its final design phase and in the GMP process. Construction is scheduled to break ground in April of 2007. DAE is providing overall project development management and owner representation services. RNL Design is the architect and Nichols Partnership is the developer.
