Project Description

The Portofino Tower is a 53 unit luxury high rise condominium building developed by Sagebrush Development and designed by Davis Partnership. The building is a total of 125,000 sq.ft. with a 40,000 sq.ft. below grade parking garage. DAE provided overall project design, construction management and owner representative services. The project was completed on time and within budget in December of 2003.
