Project Description

Littleton Village is a 77 acre site in Littleton, CO being redeveloped from a research facility to a full master planned community. The project includes a mix of retail, multifamily and single family residential components. The Master Plan was developed by Klipp Architects and EDAW for Littleton Village, LLC. DAE provided overall cost control, project management and owner's representation services.
