Project Description

The project is located on the Auraria campus near the northwest corner of Auraria Parkway and Speer Blvd. The project includes a parking garage, Hospitality Learning Center for use by the Metro State College hospitality program and a Marriott Spring Hill Suites Hotel. The total gross square fottage of the project is 157,273 GSF. The project broke ground in December 2010 and is scheduled to be complete in August 2010.
