DAE Project Role: Hired by the Baker Commons HOA to serve as Owner’s Representative and Construction Manager to oversee repairs to the structural framing, suspended balconies and EIFS cladding.

Project Description

Baker Commons is a 4 story, 48 unit residential building with ground floor retail space. The ground floor is cast in place concrete and the top three floors are wood framed construction with an EIFS cladding system.
