DAE was established in 1999 by Daniel Ezra to provide owner’s representative and construction management services to developers in the Denver area. Our key strategy has always been to provide highly focused service for each of our clients and to remain flexible to meet their changing needs. As a result, DAE has grown to become a leading Owner Representative and Cost Estimating Consultant firm in Colorado.
