Daniel A. Ezra
Mr. Ezra graduated from the University of Maryland in 1985 with a degree in Civil Engineering. He joined The Donohoe Companies shortly there after and developed a successful career as a Project Manager and Estimator for Commercial and Residential construction projects. In 1993, he moved to Colorado and joined M. A. Mortenson where he specialized in pre-construction estimating and design services. He was responsible for working with the design teams to manage the design and construction costing for various commercial projects to bring them into budget. In 2000, Mr. Ezra joined 360 Networks and supervised all construction and design for the southwest region constructing a fiber optic network and associated support facilities. In 2002, he formed DAE Construction Services, LLC and supervised the financing design and construction of the Portofino Tower in Denver, CO. Currently he is the Senior Managing Partner of DAE, which is currently managing a portfolio of $200,000,000 in Owner Representation and Construction Management Services.
Tom DeBerard
Tom DeBerard, Managing Partner for DAE, graduated from the University of Colorado with a BS in Civil Engineering. Tom brings to DAE an extensive background in managing the design and construction of complex, high profile projects in the industrial development, utilities, telecommunications and transportation industries which has spanned the last 17 years. Tom served as the owner’s representative while he was a senior manager for a nationally ranked architectural/engineering firm and was responsible for managing the scheduling and cost controls on numerous industrial development and transportation projects. While working for a leading transportation contractor and supplier, Tom managed the engineering and construction of numerous public works projects, as well as, material procurement, fabrication manufacturing and construction of electrical and communication systems. He also managed the design and construction of several multimillion dollar fiber optic construction projects for a telecommunications startup. In 2005, Tom joined forces with DAE and now is in charge of managing DAE’s many projects.
